Seal-it® 250 SILICON-ALL is a versatile, fungicidal, plasticiser-free sealant based on silicone technology. Suitable for universal and durable joint sealing on practically all surfaces and materials, even natural stone.
Applications
- Particularly suited for universal and durable joint seals, on practically all surfaces and materials.
- Natural stone sealant for highly absorbent stone types and other porous surfaces, such as marble, granite, hard stone, sand-lime brick, concrete, masonry and untreated wood.
- Sanitary sealant in sanitary spaces and other spaces with plumbing fixtures, such as bathrooms, toilet rooms, kitchens, saunas, laundry rooms, washing rooms, steam rooms, slaughterhouses and cold storage units/appliances.
- Construction compound for building and façade components, such as windows, door and window frames, sections, panels, boards, mouldings, profiles and prefab parts made from concrete, stone, masonry, metal, glass, wood, coated and anodised aluminium, stainless steel, plastic, PVC and composite.
- Antibacterial sealant, for air and climate control systems, cold storage units and cleanrooms, such as sterile, laboratory, hospital, hygienic, pharmaceutical, food and other critical spaces.
- Glazing compound for top and bead seals in glass panes, in accordance with NEN 3576 and NPR 3577.
- Mirror adhesive/sealant for stainless mirror adhesion and sealing.
- Repair compound for repair of old silicone joints in construction, glass, sanitary spaces, façades, natural stone, swimming pools and more.

- Fungicidal as per ISO 846, bacteria/micro-organism-resistant. See test report.
- 100% MEKO, solvent and plasticiser-free.
- Meets requirements for intruder-resistant glass, in accordance with the Secure Home Police Label (the “Politie Keurmerk veilig wonen”).
- Very low emission: certified VOC emission class A+, EMICODE EC1 PLUS and EUROFINS LEED®.
- Neutral, low-odour, non-shrink and acid-free curing, CE-certified silicone system.
- No staining or bleeding on porous/absorbent/open surfaces, no edge contamination, non-corrosive to metals.
- Compatible in direct contact with foodstuffs, the silver coating on mirrors, PVB film on laminated glass and edge seals on insulating glass.
- Good resistance to discolouration, UV, water, moisture, weather, cleaning products and ageing.
- Broad selection of colours, in both cartridges and foil packs.
Application conditions
- Application temperature between a minimum of +5°C and a maximum of +40°C.
- On clean, uncontaminated, dry, stable, compatible, dust-free and grease-free surfaces.
- Ensure proper joint dimensions, for proper absorption of any movements.
- Use a suitable brush to remove any loose particles from the surface.
- Degrease the surface properly using Seal-it® 510 CLEANER.
- Seal-it® 250 SILICON-ALL has a broad bonding spectrum, but highly porous surfaces should be pre-treated with Seal-it® 520 PRIMER and non-porous surfaces with minimal bonding should be treated with Seal-it® 525 Clean & Bond.
- Use Seal-it® 550 FINISH to apply a smooth and tight finish, before skin formation.
